The Renaissance Ocean Suites is both a hotel and an time share resort. It has three floors (1, 3 & 5) devoted to time share occupancy, however if those timeshare suites are unoccupied, it's possible to request in one. Floors 2 and 4 have been converted to "hotel suites".

What do others say about the Renaissance Marina Hotel?

The Renaissance Marina Hotel overlooks, well.. the Marina. It is also the only adults only resort in Aruba at the time of this writing. (Although, there is rumor that the RIU is planning to renovate the old Westin property in the High Rise Resort area and make it an adult only hotel as well. -- Again just rumors at this time.) Because there is no beach at the Marina hotel, the Renaissance provides a shuttle to its own and private beach at the Ocean Suites and their private island.
