The Aruban Resort & Casino and La Cabana Villas was recently acquired by Tropicana Entertainment. Tropicana is based in Las Vegas Nevada, and is a parent company that owns and operates several luxury casino resorts in around the US.
The Aruban, and its companion property, La Cabana, have undergone a major renovation from its new owners. Along with the new look, came a new name. The properties are now called Tropicana Aruba Resort & Casino.
When a friend of mine, told me that her boyfriend had an Aruba timeshare that he wanted to rent and asked if I could mention it here, of course I agreed.
I assumed it was only a week or two...Turns out he has 15 weeks at the Aruban on Eagle Beach and he is renting them for ONLY $950 PER WEEK! Yes, you read that correctly!
He is even giving a multiple week discount of $50 per week if you book 2 or more weeks! That's $900 per week! This is an incredible deal!
All the rooms overlook a beautiful waterfall at one of two pools. They include a fully-equipped kitchenette, a separate living room, and a private balcony or patio. And a $50/week TRAVEL INSURANCE package is included FREE.
All weeks are in the "High Season" for Aruba vacations (which runs from January through April.)
The start of Aruba Carnival falls 51 days before Easter and ends at the start of Lent. This fluctuates from year to year, with start dates as early as mid January. And depending on the start date, can run up to the first week of March.
Here are tentative Aruba carnival dates through 2020 to help you plan your stay at the Aruban Resort.
