Choose an Aruba Wedding Planner

An Aruba Wedding Planner can help you handle every aspect of your perfect day—from hair and makeup, to flowers, cake and music.

You can also choose an independent wedding planner. Or, most of Aruba's major hotels and resorts have an event planner on staff and use the hotel's facilities for the ceremony and/or reception.

I strongly recommend that you use a wedding planner. Both the resort event planners and independent wedding planners have the contacts and island expertise to help design an Aruba wedding specifically for your style and budget. They also make your day easier and less stressful. They will help with things like paperwork needed before your wedding, or arrange services for guests with special needs.

If you wish to use the hotel's coordinator, you should contact the hotel directly for wedding services, venues, catering, and pricing.

If you would like to use a independent wedding planner, you will find that list below along with contact information that is current as of writing this page. I try to keep contact info as current and up to date as possible, sometimes things change. If you notice a broken link or an out of date phone number, please let me know and I will do my best to fix it.

Hire a Planner

Choosing and hiring an Aruba Wedding planner is the best thing you can do to make your Aruba destination wedding a complete success. These qualified professionals are up to date with any legal requirements. They will keep you informed of what is required, and make sure any and all paperwork is in order BEFORE your arrival. They understand that many of their clients are unable to be on site for all the planning and preparation, and will communicate with you via phone, fax, e-mail and even Skype.

You should plan to meet with your wedding coordinator on site a day or so before your wedding to go over the details and give you piece of mind.

Working with a wedding planner allows you to relax and enjoy the beautiful island. The day of our wedding, my girls and I spent time relaxing in the spa having our nails and hair done. I was confident that everything would be perfect when we got to the beach in front of the hotel. The guests arrived and were seated with out delay, the ceremony went off without a hitch, and the photographer knew exactly what I pictures I wanted taken.

I would have been a crazy bridezilla without my Aruba Wedding Planner! Don't try to do it all yourself. You chose a destination wedding for a reason. Relax and enjoy your wedding day on this One Happy Island.
